Quite a few trails. The welds only where one bolt goes and you still fit the second bolt so its never gonna take too much pressure

they are plastic ones normally used for downhill or freeride

the black bits are inserts which you wear oer your knees then the white pads go over them

The nike rear mud guard and gladiator spike at the front finish this bike off really nice,
